There are many reasons why a project might fail, poor communications, bad planning, the wrong contractor. Early detection is the key to recovery. We’ve taken over multiple projects that were half complete and/or poorly executed and have proudly finished each and everyone of them. Keeping an open and constant communication flow with our clients is one of the main keys to our success.

Jova has 10 years of commercial office space, boutique shops and condo tower construction experience. From structural steel framing to delicate boutique fixture assembly, much has been accomplished in those 10 years and the love for commercial design has always remained.

LET’S PLAN
Let’s get serious. A preliminary contract is signed with Jova and we roll up our sleeves to start planning your project.
As a general contractor, we can work with your architect & designer or, we can provide all these requirements and take care of every aspect to put your vision on paper.
The team is created. Our certified staff and proven trade partners work towards your design and architecture. If you already have drawings it’s ok.
Get the conceptual drawings approved and we get all required permits.
Finalize the design and required investment.
LET’S BUILD
Activation of the project with a construction management app. This app is utilised for communication between the Jova team and you. Everything you need to know about your project is accessible to you 24/7. Schedule, budget, daily pictures, documents.
Project kick off. Jova has in house certified project manager, site supervisor, foreman and carpenter that execute planned work. Reliable suppliers and proven trades coordination.
We talk more. 90% of a project success is communication. Multiple point of contact with a project manager, site supervisor and the office.
Environmentally responsible, value engineering and innovative building.
LET’S WRAP UP
Completing the project to the last detail. The Jova crew and partners are highly trained and capable of delivering every project successfully.
Close all permits. Remit project documents and warranty and sign off.
